Gay marriage is legal in the Netherlands. Arruba, being a former Dutch colony, is still part of the Kingdom of Netherlands ergo...GAY MARRIAGE IS LEGAL IN ARRUBA!
Recently, as ordered by the Dutch Supreme Court, Arruba was told to recognize the same sex marriage of a lesbian couple who moved to the country and wanted to list themselves as a couple in the municipal listings.
